In honor of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir, a collection of extraordinary gifts from around the world has been presented, symbolizing diverse cultures and craftsmanship. Among these remarkable offerings are:
Giant Incense Stick
A colossal 108-ft incense stick, weighing 3,610 kg and almost 3.5 feet wide, was meticulously crafted in Vadodara, Gujarat. Made from Gir cow dung, ghee, and Deodar wood, this environmentally friendly masterpiece is designed to spread its fragrance over several kilometers for about one-and-a-half months.
Brass Flag Pole
The “pran pratistha” ceremony in Ahmedabad featured a 44-foot-long brass flag pole, along with six smaller flag poles, flagged off by Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel.
Unique world clock
Anil Kumar Sahu, a vegetable vendor based in Lucknow, has specially crafted a clock capable of indicating the time in eight countries simultaneously. The 52-year-old vendor shared that he presented the 75 cm diameter clock to Champat Rai, the general secretary of the temple trust. Mr. Sahu mentioned that he originally created the clock in 2018, and it received the ‘certificate of registration of design’ from the Patent Office, the Government of India. The clock displays the time for India, Tokyo (Japan), Moscow (Russia), Dubai (UAE), Beijing (China), Singapore, Mexico City (Mexico), Washington DC, and New York (US).
World’s Largest Lock and Key
Satya Prakash Sharma, a skilled locksmith from Aligarh, gifted the trust a lock and key weighing 400 kg, standing at 10 feet in height, 4.6 feet in width, and 9.5 inches in thickness, making it the world’s largest of its kind.
Ashtadhatu Bell
In Jalesar, Uttar Pradesh, a bell weighing 2,100 kg, made from ‘ashtadhatu’ (an alloy of eight metals), was created to add a melodious touch to the sacred surroundings.
Diamond-Adorned Necklace: A diamond merchant from Surat contributed a spectacular necklace for the Ram temple theme, embellished with 5,000 American diamonds and 2 kg of silver.
Massive Brass and Copper Lamp
Crafted by farmer Arvindbhai Mangalbhai Patel from Vadodara, a colossal lamp weighing 1,100 kg, made from ‘panchadhatu,’ stands 9.25 feet high and 8 feet wide. It has the capacity to hold 851 kg of ghee.
Ram Halwa by Chef Vishnu Manohar
Chef Vishnu Manohar, based in Nagpur, has dedicatedly prepared 7,000 kg of “Ram Halwa,” a traditional sweet dish, to delight the devotees attending the consecration ceremony.
